Acolyst supported the Office of the CIO at the United States Postal Services (USPS) when tasked to improve IT responsiveness to other USPS departments and initiatives, including finance, marketing, auditing and compliance. Acolyst worked through a thorough gap analysis at the CIO level of the USPS and then created a strategy map that linked their current state with their desired short-term and long-term IT goals.
Acolyst successfully helped create a documented, measurable, actionable strategy plan to improve IT responsiveness and collaboration for an agency that touches 155.4 billion pieces of mail annually and generates approximately $68 billion in revenue.
