Acolyst Goal #1 – Creating economic opportunities that help the community thrive. Objective 1:1 – Focusing on government contracts to be performed at contractor location (Acolyst’s site) as a prime and subcontractor. Initiative 1:1:1 – Bringing government contracts to the community through Acolyst’s GSA MAS contract, WOSB, HUBZone, and SDB status and marketing efforts.
Initiative 1:1:2 – Hiring, training, and developing skillsets to fulfill contract deliverables, compliance, and support.
Objective 1:2 - Forming a partnership ecosystem that want to expand their market reach to the government industry by utilizing Acolyst resources.Initiative 1:2:1 – Helping potential partners posture and position their solutions to create opportunities through the Acolyst Government Reach Program.
Acolyst Goal #2 – Strengthening organizations to grow and expand offerings in the digital age through Acolyst’s Digital Automation Services. Objective 2:1 – Utilizing Acolyst’s Innovation Center and resources to drive transformation and harness modern technology that optimize automation & integration. Initiative 2:1:1 – Helping organizations get a handle of their data – combined with analytics - by identifying and capturing the most valuable and meaningful insights to be able to make decisions for improvement and change based on the analytics and performance report.
Initiative 2:1:2 – Linking digital with business strategy and culture by prioritizing and incorporating the user journey (both internal and external) to build and foster a digital change.
Objective 2:2 – Creating digital experiences by focusing on the end-to-end business processes and design fused into the culture.Initiative 2:2:1 – Focusing on the human-centric design approach and the dynamic touch points (both internal and external) to accelerate the transformational process to digital adoption while optimizing operations for cohesive and collaborative GRC, Legal, Finance, HR, and across other functional management environment.
Initiative 2:2:2 – Designing personalized engagements and experiences that are seamless, immediate, secure, omnichannel, on-demand, convenient, mobile, and personalized by focusing on behavioral psychology, interaction with digital technologies, and beyond.
Initiative 2:2:3 – Elevating digital marketing strategy and execution that drives acquisition and nurtures relationships – creating long term value. Assessing value creation by leveraging the psychology of the decision journey.
Objective 2:3 – Investing in the Acolyst Institute to advocate, invigorate, and help organizations adapt in building a digital mindset and culture.Initiative 2:3:1 - Aligning leadership and culture to develop capabilities needed to be agile and innovate by bringing ideas to implementation.
Initiative 2:3:2 – Publishing more of Acolyst’s extensive researched and experienced works on various platforms to help the market while promoting healthier mindsets and environments.
Initiative 2:3:3 – Conducting more thought leading and forward-thinking outreach events such as workshops, forums, masterminds, networks, conferences, retreats, symposiums, and summits.
Acolyst Goal #3 – Empowering workforce of the future by developing skillsets necessary for today and beyond.Objective 3:1 – Establishing programs that stimulate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) involving robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), AV/VR, and more. Initiative 3:1:1 – Partnering with educational institutes and technology vendors to promote various programs such as Women in STEM, to offer hands-on opportunities for learning and development.
Objective 3:2 – Facilitating foundational project lifecycle elements to challenge the mind for growth and exposure to opportunities. Initiative 3:2:1 – Institutionalizing capabilities for connecting the dots and recognizing patterns as it relates to project coordination, scheduling, communicating measures, metrics, and KPIs, resource management, change impact, risks, documentation, data flow, human-centered design, user journey, content development, social media, marketing, and more.
