DOJ Leidos’ Enterprise Standard Architecture V Contract

Cultural Transformation & Partnering Communication Planning
with Leidos for the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Leidos adopted Acolyst’s methodology, framework, and model for their Department of Justice (DOJ) Enterprise Standard Architecture V (ESA V) contract to deliver a user-centric, mission-oriented, and highly automated user experience solution by incorporating the behavioral and interest interaction dynamics.

Leidos established an Acolyst led Cultural Transformation and Partnering Communication Office (CTPCO) within its program to provide strategic direction and execution for behavioral transformation in the adoption of Leidos Team IT managed services for the agency’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) and other federal components (FCs) by utilizing Acolyst’s Cultural Data-Driven Personas and Acolyst’s Cultural Measure Strategy Formula (CMSF).

The purpose of the CTPCO was to take a proactive approach in implementing communication programs to address cultural changes, adoption of technologies, new capabilities, self-service, and automation.

The Result

Acolyst delivered a Cultural Change Management Plan (CCMP) plus a Partnering Program Plan to provide a high-level overview of impactful practice engagements for behavioral change necessary to implement across the $850M ESA V 9-year contract.
